Job Purpose
Drive sales of focus products in a given geographical area by implementing various initiatives,
coordinating with a team, and managing stakeholders.Focus on lead conversion, new product
penetration, integration with other verticals, and stakeholder management to achieve business
objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
Field Marketing: Plan and execute marketing activities for focus products to increase adoption and market depth.
Effectiveness Measurement: Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing activities through lead conversion ratio.
Collaboration: Collaborate with Retail, Project, and Services teams to achieve unit - level focus product targets.
Sales Support: Support focus product sales by organizing shop meets, implementing schemes, and ensuring timely scheme settlements.
Retail Strategy: Develop and ensure availability and visibility of point-of-sale elements for focus products at dealerships.
Consultant Workshops: Design and conduct workshops for Colour Consultants to educate them about focus products.
Contractor Adoption: Identify and train contractors from dealerships to generate site leads.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders like Architects to generate market demand for focus products.

Key Performance Indicators
Overall value target of focus products.
Value target at the product level.
Lead conversion ratio.
Compliance with product training and activation plans.

Qualifications
Graduation in BA, BBA, BMS, BCom, BSc, BBM(full - time courses).
Minimum 50 % marks throughout education without any backlogs

Experience
Fresher(1 - 2 years sales experience desired)

Other Requirements
Extensive travel required for dealer visits.
Pan India mobility required.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel.
Age below 26 years.
